Baby trampolining classes in Liverpool run by a qualified coach for pre-school children (0-4 years). The class is designed to help enhance infants early stage motor-skill development through exposure to new body movements, sights, sounds and touch in a fun and safe gymnastic environment – drop in at any time or contact us today (between booked times only) and stay for as long as you like. During weekends and school holidays older children are welcome. **Don’t miss song-time 15 mins before the end**

FUN
BOUNCE
Trampoline - 6-15 Years
Fun Bounce is supervised by fully qualified coaches, children will learn the basic trampoline gymnastics elements in a fun safe environment. This is the perfect class to introduce your child into trampoline gymnastics and also compliments our general gymnastics class. From here, children will be encouraged to transfer into one of our competitive training programes; Elite, Tumbling or Club Squad or if they don’t wish to compete they are also more than welcome to stay in our Fun Bounce trampoline classes in Liverpool.

4-6 Year Olds
Our first introduction to fully structured learning, Champ-Tots is where champions are born. These trampoline classes in Liverpool are completely fun-based, our coaching staff will guide each child at their own pace, to be fully competent in all basics, including front and back somersaults by age 6.
Children will develop self-confidence, learn discipline, improve their balance, co-ordination and strength. They will learn basic gymnastics such as handstands, cartwheels and rolls using age-specific gymnastic apparatus, as well as safely learning how to somersault on trampoline.

GENERAL
GYMNASTICS
4- 15 years
General Gymnastics is supervised by fully qualified coaches, children will learn basic gymnastics on our Sprung floor, Floor Beam, Foam Vaulting Blocks, Fast Track, Tumble Track, Bars and Trampoline.
This is a basic introduction to gymnastics using British Gymnastics proficiency awards, as well as a perfect compliment/alternative to our trampoline classes in Liverpool. From here, children will be encouraged to transfer into one of our competitive training programes; Elite, Champ Tots, Tumbling or Club Squad.

Trampoline & Tumbling
Beginner trampoline classes in Liverpool, we welcome children from 7+ years. No previous experience necessary, our coaches will work with everyone to develop their skill-level, self-esteem and physical fitness so that they reach a standard to compete at regional-level competition; when/if a member competes is their choice.

CLASSES
Fun & Fitness – 16 years and over
These are supervised trampoline classes in Liverpool for all abilities – no prior gymnastics background needed, our qualified coaches will adjust your session to help you develop and challenge you. Fun and Fitness for an hour and a half on trampoline, fast-track, tumble track and pit.

£12.50 per session
Monthly memberships available for £40 per month (1 session per week) please enquire at the academy.

Elite Programme
Advanced trampoline classes in Liverpool for the development of competitive trampoline gymnasts. We provide a programme of activity to help each individual progress to National and International level competition.

TUMBLING
CLASSES
6 Years and Older
Looking for an alternative to our trampoline classes in Liverpool? Tumbling is the newest of our competitive programmes at LTGA, the hundred meter sprint of gymnastics; fast, dynamic and exciting. Athletes power down the track, producing somersaults and twists similar to the floor exercise at the olympics. We provide a programme of activity to help each individual progress to Regional and National level competition, with our aim being to one day produce international gymnasts.
