THEMED BOUNCE TOTS SESSIONS

At Bounce Tots, we believe that learning through play is the key to early development. Our specially designed themed sessions provide a fun and engaging environment where toddlers can grow in confidence while developing essential skills. Each month throughout the year will have a different theme.

Each session is carefully structured to support your child’s physical and cognitive development, focusing on:

• Early stage motor-skill development – building strength, coordination, and confidence in movement

• Core balance – developing stability and body awareness.

• Early learning skills – exploring colours, shapes, matching, and counting through play.

• Gymnastics foundations – learning basic shapes (tuck, star, straight, pike) and simple skills to build confidence for future progression.

To keep little ones motivated and proud of their progress, we offer sticker rewards and work towards certificates of achievement.

Our sessions are brought to life with the help of Lennie the Liverbird, who guides children through exciting adventures, making every class fun, memorable, and rewarding.

With Bounce Tots, your child will gain the foundations of gymnastics while enjoying a world of imagination, movement, and laughter.

During weekends and school holidays our Family Fun Bounce Classes, aimed at the whole family, offer coach lead stations and free play. These sessions are a fantastic introduction to what we have to offer here at Liverpool. 

Our facility offers your child the opportunity to explore a range of equipment from 12 Olympic sized trampolines, sprung floor with soft play equipment, pre school gymnastics equipment, 12m fast track, foam pit and much more.
